Zusammen sind die Wertpapiere derzeit rund 57 Millionen Dollar wert.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ein bei der US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hinterlegtes Dokument <a href=\"http:\/\/appleinsider.com\/articles\/15\/08\/25\/apples-cook-awarded-58m-worth-of-aapl-stock-for-meeting-performance-goals-sells-none\" target=\"_blank\">kl\u00e4rt dar\u00fcber auf<\/a>, dass Tim Cook jetzt um 560.000 Apple-Aktien reicher ist. W\u00fcrde er diese zu einem Preis von 102,12 Dollar pro St\u00fcck verkaufen, entspr\u00e4che das einem Wert von 57,2 Millionen Dollar, allerdings will er sie zun\u00e4chst behalten, wie ebenfalls aus dem Dokument hervorgeht.<\/p>\n<p>Technisch gesehen beh\u00e4lt Apple von den 560.000 Aktien 290.836 St\u00fcck selbst, das ist aber aus steuerlichen Gr\u00fcnden so. Dass Tim Cook diese Aktien bekommt, liegt an einem erfolgsbasierten Bonus, den er erhalten hat. Die Regeln daf\u00fcr waren, dass Apple im Zweijahresdurchschnitt im oberen Drittel der S&#038;P 500 angesiedelt ist. Dabei bezog man sich auf einen Zeitraum zwischen dem 25. August 2013 und dem 24. August 2015, wo Apple auf Platz 46 liegend locker das Ziel erreicht hat.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Cook kann sich in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren auch noch mehr Apple-Aktien sichern; momentan gibt es noch 4,76 Millionen St\u00fcck, deren Auszahlung f\u00fcr 2016 und 2021 vorgesehen ist.
