Laut einer taiwanischen Zeitung soll TSMC im M\u00e4rz 2016 mit der Produktion von Apple A10-Chips beginnen, die f\u00fcr das iPhone 7 hergestellt werden sollen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Laut China Times aus Taiwan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chinatimes.com\/newspapers\/20150914000039-260202\" target=\"_blank\">soll<\/a> TSMC den Auftrag erhalten, exklusiv Apple A10-Chips f\u00fcr das iPhone 7 herzustellen. Die Produktion soll im M\u00e4rz 2016 beginnen und auf einer 16-nm-Technologie basieren. Das iPhone 7 soll dann im 4. Quartal 2016 auf den Markt kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Momentan darf TSMC auch schon Prozessoren f\u00fcr Apples Mobilger\u00e4te herstellen &#8211; der A9-Chip, der im iPhone 6s zum Einsatz kommt, wird bereits von TSMC gefertigt. Allerdings unterst\u00fctzt Samsung das Unternehmen ebenfalls bei der Produktion. Weiterhin soll laut dem Bericht TSMC auch in Zukunft noch die \u00e4lteren A8-Chips produzieren. Diese kommen in iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, dem iPod touch der 6. Generation und dem neuen Apple TV zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p>Laut einem Bericht aus China soll es sich beim A9-Chip, der im iPhone 6s steckt, um einen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apfelnews.de\/2015\/09\/14\/iphone-6s-a9-chip-soll-quad-core-cpu-sein\/\">&#8222;Quad-Core&#8220;-Prozessor<\/a> handeln, der technisch aber eher aus zwei Dual-Core-Prozessoren besteht. Er sei mit 2 GB LPDDR4-RAM ausgestattet.
