Das Projekt des Hardware Prototyp-Beraters Ken Pillonel startete mit dem Download von 3D-Dateien und der Verwendung eines transparenten SLA-Harzes, um damit das AirPods Pro Geh\u00e4use herzustellen.<\/p>\n
Als 3D-Drucker kam ein Formlabs 3+ zum Einsatz, womit die Teile gedruckt und mit IPA gereinigt wurden. Im Anschluss nutzte er Druckluft f\u00fcr die Trocknung, dem eine intensive Arbeitsphase mit einem Schleifen der Bauteile folgte. Er tauchte die Komponenten regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in Leitungswasser und gew\u00e4hrleistete die Sauberkeit.<\/p>\n
Die Reinigung wurde mit einem neuen IPA und Trockenvorgang an der Luft fortgesetzt, was Mineralr\u00fcckstandsablagerungen verhinderte. Zum Abschluss verlieh Pillonel mit klaren Spr\u00fchlack den Teilen ihr transparentes schickes Design.<\/p>\n
Verzicht auf Klebstoff<\/h2>\n
Bewusst verzichtete der erfahrene Berater auf Klebstoff, verwendete Schrauben, Muttern und einen USB-C Anschluss. Das Ladegeh\u00e4use kann dadurch leicht demontiert und repariert werden.<\/p>\n
Vor kurzem hatte Apple selbst eine transparente Ausf\u00fchrung der Beats Studio Buds+ auf den Markt gebracht. Der Konkurrent Nothing setzt ebenfalls auf das ansprechende durchsichtige Design und ist ein Zeichen f\u00fcr ein erneutes Interesse der Hersteller an Produkten mit transparenten Geh\u00e4use.<\/p>\n
